Membership & Payment Terms — Lamakaan Amateur Radio Club

These Terms & Conditions govern the membership subscription and payment process for the Lamakaan Amateur Radio Club (LARC). By registering and making a payment on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
LARC membership is offered on an annual basis. A subscription grants access to subscriber-only features on this website, including the member forum and digital membership card.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. The club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.
The annual membership fee is ₹500 (INR). All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The fee is subject to revision by the club committee. Any change in fee will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next renewal cycle.
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of subscription or the date of the previous renewal, whichever is applicable.
Members who renew before their expiry date will have their membership extended from the existing expiry date. Members who renew after the expiry date will have their membership extended from the date of renewal.
A late rejoining fee of ₹100 per full year overdue will be charged in addition to the standard ₹500 annual fee for members who renew more than one year after their subscription has lapsed.
If a membership is not renewed for more than one full year after the expiry date, the subscription will be automatically suspended. A suspended member will lose access to subscriber-only features until the membership is renewed and the applicable late fee is paid.
Suspended members may still log in to renew their membership.
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. LARC does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on its servers.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, as supported by the payment gateway at the time of transaction.
By proceeding to payment, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of the respective payment gateway provider.
Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by writing to info@larc.in with your transaction reference and registered email address. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a welcome email at your registered email address containing your Subscription ID and login credentials. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within 15 minutes.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at info@larc.in with your transaction reference number.
If your payment fails or is declined, no amount will be deducted. In rare cases where an amount is deducted but the transaction is not confirmed, the funds are typically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider. LARC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Your personal information collected during registration (name, email, phone, address, callsign) is used solely for the purpose of managing your LARC membership. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing.
